Santa Monica's Trendy Downtown & Third Street Promenade

Join me for my latest video, a walking tour through Downtown Santa Monica. Located just above the Santa Monica Pier, Downtown Santa Monica is one of the premier shopping and dining areas on the Westside of Los Angeles. The center-piece of Downtown Santa Monica is the Third Street Promenade a pedestrian mall esplanade with tons of restaurants, shops, public art (dinosaurs) and easy parking in the large parking garages along the promenade operated by the city of Santa Monica. I start this walk at the Santa Monica Pier, and conclude at the intersection of Third Street and Wilshire Blvd, in front of one of "The Dinosaurs of Santa Monica."
